Return and Refund Policy

  Kente Cloth Ink Pens offers returns and exchanges  within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.    

Return Processing

  • Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process. 

  • Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or replacement.

  • Returns that are not received by us after 14 days of creating the return label are automatically closed in our system. Please contact us at support@kenteclothinkpens.com if your return has not been shipped or processed by warehouse after 25 days of creating your return label.

RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

 Kente Cloth Ink Pens offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your  purchase from  for any reason

within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return your items for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping fees. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.

Unless a shipping error was made by  Kente Cloth Ink Pens, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs.

Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping. You may also request to exchange your product for a new product.

Exchanged products will be charged a new shipping and handling fee.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Kente Cloth Ink Pens.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

To return your product, email support@kenteclothinkpens.com. Include order number as well as reason for return. In the case of damages, missing items, or incorrect items received, we require a photo depicting the issue. A member of our customer service team will provide you return instructions within 1-2 business days of your request. 


Package your return item in the original packaging (if available) or pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.

If you process your return within 14 days from the date of purchase and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus original shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it after one full billing cycle on your credit card statement, we suggest you contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or it may be in process.

RETURNED GIFTS

​

If you received product as a gift and the product was marked as a gift by the purchaser and shipped directly to you, you may exchange the item for the value of your return. Items may not be exchanged for a cash refund.
